I am a certified Leadership coach, empowering individuals and teams to navigate a globally connected world with confidence. I do this through my Global Leadership approach which guides clients in leading and influencing in a way that embraces cultural diversity and lifelong growth.

Why do I do it? It's about my belief on what we need more of in the world and in the workplace. It is for businesses that need to thrive in markets outside their home country, because it is their leaders that will be key drivers to determine this success.

I leverage 15 years of international HR experience to my coaching and consulting practice. My professional background includes transforming HR functions to improve business performance, designing policies and processes for corporate global programs, and supporting diverse workforces in their collaboration.

Through my work and personal experiences I have developed an understanding of cultural nuance and identity which informs my approach. My diverse, people-centric perspective allows me to connect with clients on a global scale and makes me uniquely qualified to guide them through the complexities of international leadership and career development.

Some more specifics….

  • People find me approachable and grant me their trust & confidentiality. Lots of TMI which I take as a privilege.

  • I have lived and worked in the US, Hong Kong, and most recently Switzerland for 10+ years. I love snow and alpine winters, even more when it involves glühwein and skis.

  • I am of Mexican and Chinese heritage, speaking Spanish first & learning German much later (and need to start on Cantonese!). Both of my large families require a lot of plane travel, which I’m not upset about.

  • I enjoy trying things that scare me most which has resulted in joining Toastmasters, scuba diving to 38m, eating still-wiggling sashimi, interviewing for Swiss citizenship, dancing in a Flamenco show, and lifting heavy things in CrossFit.

  • I recently moved back to New York for career and family opportunities. The transition period is real and I am thankful for the powerful support of coaches.
